Project Free TCG
Donation Transparency
Our donation policy is simple: donated money is for giveaway prizes.
100% of every donation is allocated to prizes for Project Free TCG giveaways.
What 100% means
The full amount you donate is assigned to the Project Free TCG prize budget. Donation money is not used for website hosting, advertising, administration, salaries, or other operating expenses.
Payment-processing fees and normal operating costs are treated as Project Free TCG expenses and are covered separately rather than reducing the amount allocated from your donation to prizes.
How donations are allocated
Donations may be applied directly to a specific giveaway prize, combined with other donations to purchase a larger prize, or held in the prize budget until an appropriate future giveaway is prepared.
Our records are intended to show both the donations received and where those funds were ultimately allocated within the giveaway prize program.
Monthly documentation requests
Anyone may request documentation for a particular month showing the total donations received during that month and how those funds were allocated to giveaway prizes or the future prize budget.
Documentation may include payment records, prize purchase records, allocation records, or other reasonable supporting information. Personal donor information, payment credentials, and other private information will be redacted where appropriate.
To request documentation, email JO@pftcg.com and identify the month you would like reviewed.
Giveaway independence
Donating is always optional. A donation does not provide giveaway entries, extra entries, better odds, preferred treatment, or any other advantage in a Project Free TCG giveaway.
Other details
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They are not represented as tax-deductible charitable gifts, and Project Free TCG does not issue charitable tax receipts.
Information associated with a donation is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Giveaway participation remains governed by our Official Giveaway Rules.
