Partner with Project Free TCG

Sponsor a free TCG giveaway for collectors in Canada and the USA.

Businesses, stores, creators, and individuals can help fund or supply prizes while receiving sponsor recognition throughout the giveaway month.

What sponsorship includes

• “Sponsored by” branding on the giveaway tile for the full giveaway period.
• A larger sponsor logo, sponsor name, and website link on the giveaway page.
• Promotion of the sponsored giveaway throughout its giveaway month through Project Free TCG channels.
• Clear sponsor attribution without changing entry rules, odds, or winner selection.

Two ways to sponsor

Dollar Amount Sponsorship

You provide an agreed sponsorship amount. Project Free TCG sources the prize, operates the giveaway, verifies the winner, and handles prize shipping.

Product Sponsorship

You provide the agreed prize. After a winner is verified, the sponsor is responsible for shipping it promptly and providing tracking when available.

Basic sponsorship guidelines

• All proposed prizes and sponsorships are subject to approval before a giveaway is scheduled.
• Product prizes must be genuine, lawful, accurately represented, and in the agreed condition.
• Product sponsors must be able to fulfill the prize promptly after winner verification.
• Sponsors agree that Project Free TCG may display their name, logo, and website as part of the giveaway promotion.
• We ask sponsors to share or promote the giveaway at least once during the giveaway month.
• Sponsorship never purchases entries, improves odds, influences winner selection, or gives the sponsor access to entrant lists.
• Final prize, dates, promotional details, and fulfillment responsibilities are confirmed before launch.
